Abstrakt

Celem artykułu było przeanalizowanie, opisanie i scharakteryzowanie współczesnych rozwiązań w zakresie wyboru szkoły praktykowanych w wybranych systemach szkolnych krajów europejskich i pozaeuropejskich (Dania, Holandia, Stany Zjednoczone, Japonia, Wielka Brytania, Szwecja, Kanada). Następnie przedyskutowano praktyki wyboru szkoły w kontekście założeń dwóch koncepcji sprawiedliwości – Johna Rawls’a i Roberta Nozick’a.
