Abstrakt
W artykule przedstawiono praktyczny wymiar pedagogiki porównawczej jako źródła wiedzy i inspiracji do wprowadzania zmian edukacyjnych oraz rozumienia edukacji na świecie w ogóle. Artykuł omawia wybrane możliwości wykorzystania pedagogiki porównawczej dla rozwoju edukacji oraz wyjaśnia, na czym polega aplikacyjny charakter badań komparatystycznych. W artykule omówiono, kto może korzystać z pedagogiki porównawczej oraz w jaki sposób. W celu przedstawienia praktycznego wymiaru pedagogiki porównawczej posłużono się metodą analizy źródeł zastanych – dostępnych badań edukacyjnych oraz odwołano się do tekstów klasycznych pedagogiki porównawczej.
